Beverley first performed this song live on the Des Lynam show on BBC Radio 2 on 28th May 1999.
The song is about her sister, Claire, who at the time was 29 going on 30, and worried about being 'left on the shelf'.
Everytime I hear this I like it more and more, I'm sure it will do well as a single. Beverley's sister isn't the only young woman for whom the song contains some poignant words.
