Miscellaneous items of information on Beverley
Beverley's daughter Mollie is now the bass player in a band called Paperjamm.
¹   The promotional video for the Love Scenes single featured actress Tara Fitzgerald, who is a friend of Beverley's.
Filmed in September 1993 at Hackney Empire Theatre in London, Tara played the part of the 'other woman', who was responsible for stealing the show. The story for the video was based on an idea by Beverley and Tara.

Beverley's husband is Colin Campsie, formerly of Go West and The Quick.
Colin is also a songwriter; his recent work includes Don't You Think? and Wishing I Was There on Natalie Imbruglia's debut album Left of the Middle, and the top ten hit by Hepburn I Quit (a song which Natalie rejected for her album).
Beverley & Colin used to own the top & bottom flats in a three-storey house. When the person in the middle moved out, they bought the flat and converted the building back into one house.
ª An article about the house from Homes & Ideas magazine.
ª An article about her studio and music equipment from Sound On Sound magazine.
Beverley used to be an active patron of Wildlife Aid, a charity based in Leatherhead which cares for sick, injured & orphaned wild animals. However, the demands of her young family have prevented any recent involvement, although she still sends items to be auctioned. The work of Wildlife Aid is featured in the Wildlife SOS television series shown on Channel 5 in the UK; and also on the Discovery Channel.

I found this piece of news on the International Managers Forum site:
On June 26th 1996 Beverley was contracted to appear at the Luton Palace for Luton Palace Limited - a venue and company whose Directors include Vince Power - who also owns the Mean Fiddler Group. On June 21st 1996 the Manager of the Luton Palace sent a fax to Beverley's agent cancelling the concert - no explanation for the cancellation was given. Luton Palace Limited refused to pay Beverley her fee for the show. Solicitors Harbottle & Lewis acting for Beverley issued a winding up petition on September 3rd and on October 2nd Luton Palace Ltd was put into liquidation.
I was particularly pleased to read this as I travelled all the way to Luton on the 26th only to find the concert cancelled. When I rang The Palace they wouldn't give me any explanation but promised to send a letter. Needless to say they didn't bother.

Beverley is one of a number of celebrities who have taken occasional guest classes at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, passing on the benefit of her skills and experience to music students.

Beverley was featured in a BBC TV schools programme entitled
English Express Language Skills: How Can You Write Better Writing?
broadcast on BBC2 on Wednesday 26th November 1997. This was the fourth of five programmes investigating the English language, and showed ways of improving writing technique, with the help of the Brothers Grimm, Cinderella and Beverley. I understand Beverley was interviewed by Craig Charles, and sang part of I Listen to the Rain.
BBC schools programmes tend to be repeated so keep a eye on the schedules for this one!

Beverley appeared in the TV show Through the Keyhole on 28th March 2003. The show gives a guided tour of a house belonging to a mystery celebrity and asks a panel to say who lives there. I didn't see the show, but I assume Beverley was the mystery celebrity.
This again might be repeated on some obscure cable channel at some time.
